Outlook Calendar
Connect Outlook Calendar to check availability and manage Microsoft 365 meetings.
What it can do
- List calendars and read events.
- Check attendee availability.
- Create, update, cancel, or delete events.
- Accept, decline, or tentatively accept invitations.
Setup and security
- You sign in with your own Microsoft account. Assistant can reach only the calendars that account can see.
- Tools that change data ask for approval before they run. The Approval column under Supported tools shows each tool's setting.
- Updating an event's attendees replaces the whole attendee list. Canceling an event notifies attendees; deleting it does not.
- Your Microsoft 365 administrator may need to approve Nomic before you can finish signing in.
- Outlook Calendar and Outlook Mail are separate sign-ins. Both are separate from the Outlook integration under Settings → Integrations.
To connect, see Add an MCP server.
Example requests
- "What's on my calendar for the week of the owner walkthrough?"
- "Find a time next week when the architect, the superintendent, and I are all free for an hour."
- "Create a punch walk on Friday at 9am with the subcontractor leads."
- "Cancel Thursday's OAC meeting and let the attendees know."
