Bentley ProjectWise

When a Bentley ProjectWise project is linked to a Nomic project, Assistant automatically has access to all project files—drawings, specifications, submittals, and documentation. No manual file attachment required. Files sync as they're added or updated in ProjectWise. Bentley ProjectWise is a Business and Enterprise integration — Individual plan users upload files instead.

What Assistant Can Access

Assistant has access to:

Drawing sheets — Individual sheets from project drawings
PDFs and documents — Specifications, submittals, and project documentation
Project metadata — Project structure and file organization

You only see files from ProjectWise projects you have access to. Assistant stays in sync with ProjectWise—new and updated files are indexed automatically.

What You Can Do

With Bentley ProjectWise context, you can:

Ask project questions — "What's the wall thickness on Level 2?" or "Show me all fire rating requirements"
Check code compliance — Enable Codes Search to check drawings against building codes with cited requirements (Code Compliance)
Review submittals — Ask Assistant to check a submittal against the synced specs and drawings, or run the Automated Submittal Review workflow for a repeatable version
Research across the project — Active Project Research lets you search and compare across all project data
Compare drawing versions — "What changed between revision 2 and revision 3?"
