Nomic workflows
Nomic workflows are pre-built workflows that package the Nomic agent for a specific job: instructions, requested files, assistant mode, and often seeded artifacts. Use them to run a capability immediately or clone one into the Workflow Builder and adapt it for your firm.
Browse and run them from the Nomic tab on the Workflows page, or from the Nomic sections on the All tab.
Design and Engineering
Standards, drawing review, and contract coordination—build review criteria from project history, check sets against them, and respond to submittals and RFIs with traceable citations to specs and drawings.

Drawing Standards Creation — Turn firm knowledge — past markups, RFI logs, lessons-learned, draft standards — into a structured Drawing Review Standards markdown artifact you can feed straight into Drawing Standards Review.
Drawing Standards Review — Review drawings against your firm-specific standards document. Bring your own standards as a PDF or as a markdown artifact (for example, the output of Drawing Standards Creation).
Residential Drawing Standards Check — Demo workflow with a residential QA/QC standards artifact pre-attached. Clone it, open it in the Workflow Builder to swap in your own standards or tweak the prompt, and run a customized review without starting from scratch.

Preconstruction
Analyze bids, revision sets, and likely RFIs before construction using project manuals, specs, drawings, and addenda.

RFI Anticipator — Review construction drawings, and project specifications when available, for missing, ambiguous, or conflicting information that would likely become RFIs during construction. Produces cited findings, supporting inventories, and a summary report.
Submittal Log Generator — Extract every submittal requirement from a project manual, enriched by drawings and addenda when provided. Produces an Excel-ready submittal log with responsible trades, classifications, long-lead flags, a section index, and an executive summary.
Drawing Revision Analysis — Compare a baseline drawing set against a revised or addendum set to find added, removed, renamed, and changed sheets, including unclouded changes. The workflow builds reusable sheet inventories, writes a cited revision issues table, and produces a contractor-facing scope impact report that calls out trade, pricing, schedule, and coordination implications. If you upload a prior baseline sheet inventory from an earlier run, Nomic can reuse it instead of rebuilding that inventory.

Clone, edit, run
- Open Workflows and select the Nomic tab, or browse the Nomic sections on All.
- Click the play button to run a Nomic workflow as-is, or use Clone from the row menu to copy it into your organization when you want to customize without overwriting the original.
- Use Workflow Builder agent for conversational edits to the form.
