Procore

Nomic syncs documents and drawings from the Procore projects your organization connects, so Assistant can search, reference, and work with them. You can also connect your own Procore account to Assistant to work with RFIs, submittals, and other Procore records.

Private preview

Procore is a Business and Enterprise integration in private preview. Contact Nomic support if it is not available under Admin → Integrations.

What Assistant can access

Nomic syncs:

  • Documents: folders, files, and file versions from the Procore Documents tool.
  • Drawings: drawings in the current drawing set, imported as PDFs.

Synced projects appear under Drive. A project does not need a linked Nomic project to sync.

Nomic mirrors Procore project membership. You see synced content only from projects whose Procore Directory lists you under the same email as your Nomic account. A permission template that sets Documents or Drawings to None hides that tool's content from you in Nomic.

Private Documents folders and files are not synced, because Procore does not share who can open them. Everything else in the Documents tool syncs normally.

Procore in Assistant

Connect your Procore account to ask Assistant about RFIs, submittals, punch items, observations, and the people on a project, and to reply to RFIs.

  1. Open Settings → MCPs and select Procore. If it is not on your list, select Add MCP.
  2. Select Login and sign in with your Procore account. If Procore shows a redirect URI error, ask your Nomic admin to finish the Procore app setup.
  3. In a conversation, turn on Procore under Integrations/Tools → MCPs on the input bar.

Assistant can use a Procore project only if it is synced into Nomic and you can open its synced folders. Procore's permissions for your account still apply, so Assistant cannot see or do anything you could not do in Procore yourself.

See the Procore MCP server for its tools and example requests.

Get started

An organization admin connects a Procore app from Admin → Integrations → Procore, then chooses which projects to sync. See Configure Procore for the full setup steps.
