Why didn't I receive my invite or login code?
Nomic sends invites and login codes from no-reply@nomic.ai. If you don't see one within a couple of minutes, work through this checklist before contacting support.
Check before retrying
- Look in spam, junk, and "promotions" — invites from new senders often land there first. Mark the message as "not spam" so future codes arrive in your inbox.
- Confirm the address you signed up with — Nomic invites are tied to a specific email. If your team enrolled you with
firstname.lastname@acme.combut you usually use a different alias, you won't see the email at the alias inbox. - Make sure the link hasn't expired — magic links and verification codes expire after about 15 minutes. If the email is older than that, request a new one.
- Confirm you're the latest invite — if you were re-invited, only the most recent email works. Older invite links return an "invalid link" error.
Re-request the code
- On the login screen, enter your email again and click Send code to trigger a fresh email.
- If you were invited but never accepted, ask your admin to re-send the invite from the Members page in your Nomic instance.
If multiple people at your company are affected
If several teammates are not receiving invite emails or login codes, your company's email security rules may be filtering the messages before they reach inboxes. Ask your IT team to allow Nomic authentication emails and confirm whether your Nomic tenant should use company SSO instead of email codes.
For pilots and longer rollouts, SSO is usually the most reliable sign-in method because users authenticate through your company's identity provider.
When to escalate to Nomic Support
Send a note to support if all of the following are true:
- You've checked spam and waited at least 5 minutes.
- The email address matches what your admin used to invite you.
- A second request still hasn't arrived.
Include the exact email address you used and a screenshot of the login page so we can look up which tenant you're trying to reach.
