Individual billing and usage
This article is for the Individual plan at app.nomic.ai. If you sign in at <org>.drive.nomic.ai, your firm bills you as a seat — see Understand usage and spend and Spend caps.
Where to look
- Settings → Billing — included usage, on-demand, auto-refresh, and cancel
- Settings → Usage — Assistant sessions and parse events
Trial and subscription
- Trial includes $20 of AI usage.
- Individual is $20/mo and includes $20/mo. Unused monthly usage expires at period end.
- Leftover trial usage rolls into on-demand when you subscribe.
When usage runs out
New Assistant turns, workflow runs, and indexing pause. In-flight runs finish.
- Trial — upgrade in Settings → Billing.
- Paid — buy on-demand usage ($20 / $50 / $100) or turn on auto-refresh so Nomic adds usage when the balance is low. On-demand usage is spent after monthly usage and expires one year after it is added.
Cancel or delete
- Cancel in Settings → Billing. Access continues until the period ends. Files stay; leftover on-demand usage stays until it expires. Monthly usage stops renewing.
- Delete account in Settings → General. The subscription cancels immediately. Deletion cannot be undone. Nomic then permanently erases your data within 30 days. See Delete your Individual account for the full steps and what to do on Business or Enterprise.
